Benjamin Strick
Data. Maps. OSINT. Investigative Journalism

Hi! I’m Ben, the Director of Investigations at the Centre for Information Resilience. I lead teams utilising open source intelligence (OSINT) to support civil society, media, governments, and accountability mechanisms. With a background in law and the military, I previously worked as an open source investigator for BBC Africa Eye and contributed to Bellingcat. In 2021, I was honoured as the OSINT Champion of the Year and recognised as one of the Top 100 influencers of open technology in the UK in 2023. Through my free YouTube tutorials, I aim to democratise open source investigation skills. Explore further to learn more about my work.
